Do you leave me with left over/touch up paint?
Yes, we strive to leave all of our customers with labeled touch up paint in each color that we use for their job.
Can I have a sample put on to see if I like the color?
Yes, we will do up to 2 samples of Porter paint and/or Sherwin Williams paint for free -- each additional sample is $10 each. Samples for any other paint companies are $10 each.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards. However we reserve the right to charge a convenience fee at our discretion.
Does my quote include the paint and/or other materials necessary to complete the job?
Yes it does. Unless customers specifically ask us if they can buy the products themselves or if they tell us they have the products, we purchase them and include them proposal.
Can I get a significant discount on paint if I buy it myself?
Most likely no. We buy so much paint, HardiePlank, windows, and other materials that our discounts are the same if not sometimes better than employee discounts. We never up-charge our materials.
What types of warranties do you offer with your products?
We give a 2, 4, and 7 year labor warranty on our exterior paint services, based on the type of paint you select. We offer a 10 year labor warranty on James Hardie products and vinyl window installation. We also offer a one year, no-clog warranty on our gutter helmet and 4 year warranty on the gutter installation. The manufacturer's warranty is a lifetime warranty on both Alside and Simonton windows, a 20 year warranty on gutter materials, and a 50 year warranty on all James Hardie siding products. Our warranties are given to our customers in writing and can be delivered upon job completion.
Do you pressure wash, caulk, and prime bare wood before you paint?
Yes, and we hope all contractors do! Preparation is the key to a good paint job.
Are your crews supervised?
Yes, every crew has a foreman and a supervisor.
Does your crew speak English?
Yes, all of our foremen and supervisors speak English.
I have old leftover paint in my garage, how can I dispose of it?
There are two main ways:
  1. Pour cat liter in the can and leave the lid off until the paint hardens. You can then dispose.
  2. Buy a paint hardener product in any paint store and add it to your paint. Once the paint has hardened, you can throw it away.
